All orders sent within the Mainland United Kingdom come with free standard delivery (2-3 Working Days). Orders placed by 12pm are despatched the same day.

Delivery methods

The methods that we use to deliver our products, and the time periods within which delivery is usually completed, are as follows:

• Next-day delivery* is available and usually takes 1 working day.
• Free UK Delivery* usually take between 2-3 days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
• Large UK Delivery* larger items take up to 3-5 working days, excluding weekends & bank holidays.
  However, this is an indicative time estimate only.
• In limited circumstances, we may take up to 30 days to deliver the products to you.
• Deliveries to addresses outside of the UK Mainland may take longer.

Changed Your Mind?

If you change your mind, we offer a 30-day return window starting from the day you receive your order. Please note that we cannot accept returns on used or opened items, except in cases where the product is faulty.

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from Emperial. However, if for any reason you wish to return your item, we’ve made the process simple. You can return any item, provided the product(s) is returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Product Not Working as Expected?

If your product is not working as expected, please contact our Customer Care team through the Contact page. Our product experts will assist you in troubleshooting and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement of the same condition (either new or refurbished) at no extra charge.

Please note, we do not accept returns of used products unless they are faulty.

Please ensure that you check all items on receipt, as faulty or damaged items must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your order, or within 30 days should the fault develop after receipt.
