How many BTU do I need for my room?
Our 9000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner is designed to cool rooms up to 450 sq ft, which suits most living rooms, bedrooms and home offices.
Does a Portable Air Conditioner need installation?
No permanent installation is needed. Position the unit, fit the supplied window kit so the hose vents outside, and plug in.
Can a Portable Air Conditioner also heat a room?
No. Our 9000 BTU 4-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner offers Cool, Fan, Dehumidify and Sleep modes. For warmth, take a look at our Heating range.
Does a Portable Air Conditioner remove moisture from the air?
Yes. Dehumidify mode helps reduce excess moisture in the room, and Sleep mode keeps things comfortable overnight.
Can I move a Portable Air Conditioner between rooms?
Yes. It is designed to be moved as needed, although each room needs a window or door for the exhaust hose to vent through.
What controls and energy features does it have?
You get a digital touch display, a remote control, a 24 hour timer and adjustable louvres. It has a Class A energy efficiency rating and uses R290 refrigerant, which is up to 690 times more environmentally friendly than traditional refrigerant gases.
