FAQ
How do I choose the right Step Ladder?
Think about the height you need to reach. We offer 2 Step, 3 Step and 4 Step Steel Ladders for different tasks around the home.
What's the difference between a Step Ladder and a Folding Step Stool?
A Step Ladder gives more height for tasks such as reaching shelves or light DIY work, while a Folding Step Stool is more compact and folds flat for storage.
Are Steel Step Ladders sturdy enough for regular use?
Yes. They have a reinforced steel frame, a 150kg load capacity, wide anti-slip steps and non-marking rubber feet, and are tested to EN 14183.
How easily can a Step Stool be stored?
Our Folding Step Stool folds down to H4 x W46 x D32cm, so it fits in a narrow cupboard, drawer or caravan.
Are Step Ladders safe to use on carpet?
Always place a Step Ladder on a stable, level surface and follow the guidance supplied for use on carpet or uneven flooring.
What weight can a Step Stool support?
Our Folding Step Stool is built from reinforced steel and supports up to 150kg.
