Emperial One (1) Year Limited Warranty
Ultimate Retail Group Ltd ("Ultimate Retail Group") offers a One (1) Year Limited Warranty on Emperial products purchased from authorised retailers within the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Northern Ireland, and Scotland). This warranty applies only to the original product and the original owner. It is non-transferable.
Warranty Coverage
The Emperial One (1) Year Limited Warranty covers Emperial products purchased directly from emperial.co.uk, Ultimate Retail Group via Amazon, eBay, or authorised distributors. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase.
This Limited Warranty is provided by Ultimate Retail Group and does not affect your statutory rights under applicable national consumer laws.
What is Covered by this Warranty?
Ultimate Retail Group warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase, provided it is used under normal household conditions and maintained according to the Owner’s Guide.
If a defect is found, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the product, or parts of the product, free of charge. In the case of a replacement, warranty coverage will end six (6) months from the date the replacement is received, or at the expiration of the original warranty, whichever is later.
Replacement Products: Ultimate Retail Group reserves the right to replace the product with one of equal or greater value.
What is Not Covered by this Warranty?
This warranty does not cover:

Normal Wear and Tear: Wearable or consumable parts such as blending vessels, lids, cups, blades, and blender bases, which require regular maintenance or replacement.

Replacement Parts: Parts that are subject to regular use and replacement are not covered by this warranty.

Misuse or Abuse: Any damage resulting from misuse, negligent handling, failure to perform required maintenance (e.g., failure to keep the motor base clean), or damage during transit.

Unauthorised Repairs: Defects resulting from unauthorised repairs, tampering, or servicing by individuals or companies not authorised by Ultimate Retail Group.

Consequential and Incidental Damages: Ultimate Retail Group is not responsible for damages that arise from the product's use, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of content, loss of use, emotional distress, or business losses.

Products Used Outside the United Kingdom: Products purchased, used, or operated outside the UK are not covered.

Second-Hand Purchases: Products purchased second-hand are not covered by this warranty. The warranty is void upon the transfer of ownership.

Gift Purchases: If you are purchasing a product as a gift, ensure that the warranty is registered in the recipient's name. This will ensure they can directly contact our Customer Care team in case of issues.
How to Request a Warranty Review
If your appliance is not functioning properly under normal household conditions during the warranty period, please contact our support team at support@emperial.co.uk. Our team is available to assist you and provide options for warranty services, including the possibility of upgrading to an extended warranty on select products.
How to Initiate a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please submit a request through the contact page of our website. Our Customer Care team will guide you through the process by asking a series of questions to determine whether your item is defective and help with the next steps.

Warranty Claim Process
Upon receipt of your product, we will assess whether the claim is valid based on the warranty terms. If your warranty claim is accepted, we may:

Repair or Replace the defective product or part.

If the defective product or part is no longer available, we will provide a product with equivalent functionality or a suitable alternative.

If no suitable replacement is available, we may issue a refund, up to the original purchase price, minus a deduction for the period the product has been in use.
Shipping Costs: If the product is not found to be defective, you will be responsible for the cost of transportation both to and from our warehouse.
Customer Responsibilities
You are required to provide assistance as reasonably necessary to enable us to assess the warranty claim or perform a repair or replacement. Failure to do so may invalidate the warranty.
Repair and Replacement Timeline
We will aim to complete any repair or replacement within 60 days of receiving the returned product, subject to normal working hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Repairs and replacements will not restart the warranty period but will continue from the original date of purchase.
Limitations of Liability
The remedies provided under this warranty are your sole remedies. Ultimate Retail Group is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product defects, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of content, loss of business, or any other form of damage, whether due to negligence, breach of contract, or otherwise.
