This website www.emperial.co.uk (the “Site” or “Sites”), is operated by Ultimate Retail Group Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales with registered company number 10214239 (VAT: GB285976631) whose registered office is at 175 Bilton Road, Perivale, Greenford, England, UB6 7HQ. Throughout the Sites, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Ultimate Retail Group Ltd.  Ultimate Retail Group Ltd offers these Sites, including all information, tools and services available from these Sites to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our Sites and/ or purchasing something from us via one of our owned websites including www.emperial.co.uk (a “Product” or Products”), you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service” or “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content (Users).

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our Sites or submitting any orders to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide Products and Services to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. If you think that there is a mistake in these terms, please contact us to discuss.

If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, do not access these sites, submit any information to us through these sites, buy any products or use any services. We may modify these Terms of Service from time to time without prior notice. Any modifications we make are effective as soon as we post them to the Sites. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to place an order if you are under the age of consent.

The products available on the Site are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. By placing an order, you represent that you are not purchasing for resale, redistribution, or any other commercial purpose. We reserve the right to refuse any orders that we believe violate this provision, or if the order appears to be made in bad faith or is suspected of fraud. In such cases, the order will be deemed void. We may periodically change the products available on our website, and we do not undertake to continue to supply any particular product or type of product.

In the event we are out of stock of any products listed on our websites or we are informed from our suppliers that any products are out of stock, we reserve the rights to cancel your order and refund any amounts paid to you by the same method you paid by.

Reviews on our product pages relate to the products only, we reserve the right to not publish any service related reviews.

Placing Orders

When you place an order on the Site, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to the availability of stock and at the prices listed. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email, which acknowledges receipt of your order, but it does not constitute acceptance of your offer.

The contract between you and us is only formed once we accept your order, process it, and dispatch the products to you. If there are any issues with your order, such as stock unavailability or pricing discrepancies, we will inform you, and we may either cancel your order or offer alternatives. If we cancel your order, any amounts you’ve paid will be refunded to you in full.

Product Availability and Pricing

We strive to ensure that the products and prices listed on the Site are accurate. However, errors can occasionally occur, and we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, prices, or availability are correct. If a pricing or description error occurs, we will attempt to notify you before processing your order, and you will have the opportunity to confirm if you'd still like to proceed with the order at the correct price.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time and without prior notice, but this will not affect any confirmed orders that have already been processed.

Returns and Refunds

You may return unused and undamaged products within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Products sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons cannot be returned once unsealed. You are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the item is faulty or was incorrectly supplied.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after we have inspected the returned items. If the returned item has been handled in a manner that reduces its value, we may reduce the amount refunded to reflect this.

Online Account

If you register or create an account, by doing so you agree to: (a) provide true and complete information; and (b) keep that information up to date. We may suspend or terminate your access to our Sites if we reasonably suspect that the information is false, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

You may also be asked to choose a password and a username. Please select a password that would not be obvious to someone trying to guess your password, and change it regularly as an added precaution. In these terms and conditions, Content means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of these Sites, including any such content uploaded by Users. All Content included on these Sites unless uploaded by Users, is the property of Ultimate Retail Group Ltd, our affiliates or other relevant third parties. By continuing to use the Sites you acknowledge that such Content is protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights and other intellectual property rights. Nothing on the Sites shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark, logo or service mark displayed on the Sites without the owner’s prior written permission. We are pleased to hear from our users, and welcome your comments regarding our Products and Services. Unfortunately, our long-standing policy does not allow us to accept or consider creative ideas, suggestions, or materials other than those we have specifically requested. So please do not send us any original or creative ideas, suggestions, or materials.
