3-Year Extended Warranty
Extends your Emperial 1-Year Limited Warranty to 3 years from the date of purchase. Available only when bought with the product it covers. In addition to your statutory rights.
Delivery
- Free standard delivery to mainland UK, usually in 2–3 working days.
- Order before 12pm Monday to Friday and we’ll despatch it the same day.
- Larger items take 3–5 working days. Some postcodes and offshore areas, such as the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland, also take 3–5 working days.
- Our couriers will text and email your delivery slot. You can change the day, choose a safe place, or send it to a neighbour or a ParcelShop.
- Please check your parcel when it arrives and tell us about any damage within 7 days.
Returns
- Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return it.
- Items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging. Hygiene-sealed products can’t be returned once opened.
- Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty. The easiest way is Evri; search for “Ultimate Retail Group”.
- We refund to your original payment method within 7 working days of receiving and checking your return.
- Faulty or damaged? Send us a photo and we’ll repair, replace or refund it.
- Every Emperial product comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty. On selected products you can extend it to 3 years when you order.
